Hilary Duff and husband expecting first child (AP)

LOS ANGELES – Hilary Duff is pregnant.

The 23-year-old actress announced on her website Sunday that she and her hockey-player husband, Mike Comrie, are expecting their first child.

She wrote that she and Comrie celebrated their first wedding anniversary over the weekend, and "We also want to share the exciting news that.. BABY MAKES THREE!!!"

She said they are "extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives" and thanked her fans for their support.

Duff rose to fame as the star of the Disney Channel's "Lizzie McGuire" and recently appeared on "Gossip Girl." Comrie most recently played for the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Tina Fey gives birth to second child (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – "30 Rock" creator and star Tina Fey gave birth to a girl on Wednesday, People magazine has reported.

Penelope Athena Richmond is the second child for Fey, 41, and her composer husband, Jeffrey Richmond, 50.

The Emmy-winning writer/performer and author of the nonfiction book "Bossypants," Fey first revealed her pregnancy to Oprah Winfrey in April.

Earlier, in an essay for the New Yorker, she had written about agonizing over having a second child. Fey and Richmond's first child, Alice, is 5.

Fey told Winfrey, "My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having '30 Rock' end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family."

Ethan Hawke welcomes his fourth child (Reuters)

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Ethan Hawke and his wife, Ryan Shawhughes, have welcomed their second child together, a baby girl named Indiana, People magazine reported over the weekend.

Born two weeks ago, she's the fourth child for actor/writer Hawke, who also has two children with ex-wife Uma Thurman.

On Friday, the family had lunch at La Bottega in the Maritime Hotel, in Manhattan, providing a public glimpse of the infant. "He was very happy," an onlooker told People. "Seemed like a proud daddy."

Ethan, 40, and Ryan married in June 2008. Their daughter, Clementine Jane, is 3.

Hawke's children with Thurman are Maya, 13, and Levon, 9.

Lauryn Hill: Rohan Marley not father of 6th child (AP)

NEW YORK – After the birth of her sixth child, Lauryn Hill wants to clear up two things: Rohan (RO'-han) Marley didn't abandon her while she was pregnant, and he's not the baby's father.

The blogosphere has been abuzz after word came last week that the reclusive Grammy winner had a baby boy. Marley, the father of her five other children, sent a message on Twitter "forwarding all well wishes to Ms. Hill on the birth of her new son." That tweet, along with pictures showing him in an embrace with another woman, created speculation.

Hill has rarely discussed their yearslong relationship. She posted a message on Twitter and her website Tuesday defending Marley. She says they've had a "long and complex history" but love their five children together.
